Booked a rental car from Turo. The person (Michael) was very nice and welcoming. I had to extend the trip and despite certain circumstances, he allowed the extension and I had a great trip. Definitely renting another vehicle from him again.

I used to shop rental cars, prices, availability etc. After my first experience renting a car from Mike, he’s the only car rental guy I go to. I’m a 30 year+ headhunter so I know a good leader and business guy when I meet one. Mike runs a good business; he’s honest, communicates well, and he approaches the business through the needs of his clients. Plus he has a great selection of vehicles!

I’m only giving a 4-star because I did not actually go through with renting a car from uncle Mikes, because my needs changed. I just wanted to rate his excellent customer service and willingness to work with my needs. He will certainly be my go to if I ever need a rental in the future.
